Does anyone know how to accurately put in a 1/0 buydown on the TIL in Calyx so it will compute the APR correctly? Thanks.

| I am using Emcompass now, but if memory serves you could just customize the payment schedule for the 1st year. |

For buydowns only, enter the full interest rate in the Note Rate field and the Buydown Rate Percentage (not the rate after Buydown) in the Buydown section, go through the other applicable fields and enter the data properly, hit calculate, and then look at the schedule. You should see if it is calculating correctly.
