| I am looking for a bank statement program for a PURCHASE 748 mid score lots of good credit. 30yrs fixed 4 mo reserves. First time home buyer. PLEASE HELP!!!!! |

| These people arent buying a home then...subprime is dead, and you arent finding stated FTHB right now. |

| I would give Downey a try. I believe they still have a bank statement program available, but this is a FTHB, so you may be out of luck. |

Try New South Federal BanK. They do bank statement loans to 80% LTV max |
