Who has the best rates for Conforming Jumbos? I have an R&T 66% LTV 800 fico, good DTI in Santa Barbara.

| The agency products are all going to be priced very similar. If you want to look at portfolio products with jumbo loan amount, try downey or ING. Good pricing on ARMs with those lenders. |
