I have a full doc land loan purchase in North Carolina, the sales price is 150,000 its 14 acres of land no developments on the land, but there is electricity and water. borrower has a 680 fico and can put down up to 35%. I also have a second land loan in upstate ny this one again is full doc 700 fico score, 85,000 sales price, borrower will put down whatever is necessary.
