I have located a company that will process all of my loans, Conventional, Non Conforming, Government, Alt A, Sub-Prime and COMMERCIAL!

They have an excellent turn time with weekly updates to the brokers, as well as frequent/constant communication with the borrowers,on your behalf!

As a former loan processor, I can honestly say that their approach to how they handle your files, as well as their professionalism is something we all strive for in selecting a loan processor who is working closely with your clients and their files! No More TRAINING processors! Just go out and sell, sell, sell!!!!!

Their fee (which is nominal when compared to having an on staff processor with benefits) is only $499.00 (or .25 bps on a $200K loan). If you act now, they are running a summer special of $399.00 per file, good thru September.

Not only will they process your first mortgage files, they will also process your concurrent 2nds for just $95.00 more.

EMPIRICAL will also schedule your closings with a QC evaluation of your borrower's HUD-1.

This company is not only very "hands on" and "affordable", but they are very knowledgible of the everchanging "industry guidelines". They staff 10 processors with a minimum of 15 yrs. experience.

So if you are in need of cutting costs, or simply looking for a professional to process your files when your processor is out on vacation, you should seriously consider EMPIRICAL Mortgage Processing Company.
