www.Toober.com is an amazing networking tool that gives you points for things that you can give to your clients! I've been using them for about 3 months and have given my earned points to clients that love it. They also have an $8/month unlimited concierge service which you can offer your clients 1 year free if they do a mortgage loan with you. I am a master at this site now so let me know if you have any questions! ALSO...You can upload your Logo AND Business card to Toober.com to promote your business to the while network and it also puts your info into Google search engines, etc..

very cool janice...
i just joined this site for networking purposes. i do insurance and i am starting to work with other professionals such as mortgage people (i guess that makes sense!?). maybe you can help me with the site because i am interested, not to mention telling me about what you do for a living!

Hello! I am in the mortgage industry...broker. Welcome to Toober! Let me know when you're inside and I will add you to my network. You can upload your logo AND business card into Toober's system and it automatically become searchable to all Toober members (and it makes your business info pop up in Google searches, etc..). The $8/month concierge has been the best thing ever! They do absolutely everything for me from giving me step-by-step directions when I'm lost to booking dinner reservations, etc...
