Can anyone recommend a good net branch operation in Texas? One that pays.
FHA/VA a must. |

| I would say Southwest Funding. They are great to work with and they are approved and in good standing with every major lender out there. Hope this helps and good luck to you! |

Jack,
opportunity #4 below really is geared toward branches that close a volume
of loans per month on a flat monthly fee program, however they will
let a branch start out at $499- per file until they become established.
