Golden and LLS but if you can hang on until the mortgagee letter comes out you should be fine. |

| LLS told me they dont offer on it anymore I will look at golden. When is this "mortgagee letter" going to come around and how much more with it allow hecm to lend? |

LLS said no more EPA?? I haven't heard that...I can still quote it and it is available per their website. |

This statement above needs clarified, what was the scenario?
Jumbo's may not make it to end of year from what I am hearing, so lets thank our lucky stars that lending limits are increasing soon. If you have a jumbo, get it in and closed and make sure you tell your clients to get off the fence or they won't be able to do it. That's what I'm doing.

| All the Jumbo programs that could go away have already gone away. The ones that are left are Portfolio or National Bank, not subject to Wallstreet's secondary market, so they should be here for a while. |
