Is anyone still doing Non- Seasoned ( less than 6 mos) cash out Investment Properties?
Have several clients that purchased bank owned/foreclosed properties well below current market values. They have put minimal cash ( $5-10K) back into properties for improvements/remodeling. Most properties have been rented/leased.
Full Doc 640-750 Credit scores, 50-75% LTV with reserves, SFR, in MI......
Please advise if you can identify any viable options or have closed similar loans in the last 30 days.
