Does anyone know of a private $ lender, wholesale, or hard money lender for investors(Canadians, British) foreign national residential investor cash-out loans or purchase money loans? Home values 65k-800k. Investors and second homes.
I swear I get at least 1 inquiry a day about these- would love to find a hard money lender who can fund these deals, small and large alike. Emigrant Mortgage will do them but only in a very specific geographic area. 50-75% LTV's. Also looking residential N/O/O hard $.
Looking for Nationwide connections. 1 CA, 1 TN so far. Specifically Nevada, and some more local & regional lenders across the country.

| If less than 65% you might try Grassland Financial for the TN deal. |

update: I have a lender in TN that will do a 50-65% LTV max so far
