| I have a borrower that is temporarily employed through Kelly Services for 8 months. He is bidding on jobs to go permanent with this company. Does anyone allow temp employment for FHA doing a 203K? The company he is working for goes through this temp agency as a requirement for permanent employment. The UW is stating they have to be at that temp job for 2 years. I need a 203k lender that will allow this type of borrower. |
