Error Uploading Content

I got this message when trying to generate a content page:

"Error Connecting to 64.202.166.207
>> Error Uploading Content Page.
ERROR! Page Not VerifiedGeneration Queue Reset."

I may have a need to regenerate my site and 500+ pages so your attention would be appreciated.

Theres problem communicating with your host. Double check your settings.

Turns out my website tonight! account, according to the folks at godaddy.com does not allow FTP. the guy wondered how I got 700 urls on my site, but now I am apparently blocked.

Should I switch hosting providers? I have no idea w/computers. I just wrote and generated basically.
