Any builders, or even Bank (I'm not too sure how many retail Bank Reps lurk these these sites)owned projects for sale with a great amount of equity in them?
Our investor takes down projects where the owner(s) is looking to get out quick. Typically we find him projects that have approximately 50% equity in them.
We look into Southern Cali, AZ, and Nevada. Typically, 1-2 bedroom condos.
Laslty, the investor negotiates an Equity Disbursement with the bank.
The last project we took down was 210 units.
