I have a Hard Money Lender that can close "certain" Commercial loans in 10 days. qo DAYS! Rate is 12 to 13%, Interest Only, no prepayment penalty.
They only lend on property in CA, OR, WA, CO, NV, ID, UT.
Loan Amounts from $250,000 to $4 million.
ONLY INCOME PRODUCING PROPERTIES: Apartment buildings, condominium complex, office buildings, other income producing properties (with leases for tenants).
NO construction, NO land.
They are the only Lender I have ever seen that not only can close Commercial Hard Money this fast, they also follow through with LOI within 2 business days!
Their money will not last long, they are a Direct Lender and this is a new venture for them so bring in the deals quickly!

In case this 'ceratin' lender cant help here is a lost of 100 more lenders that do the same thing, and cut out this residential broker, Veronica.
