I need a lender who will fund on a non warrantable condo in Portlandm, Oregon.
- Conforming purchase
- Full Doc
- 780 FICO
- The Property & Common Area Are Complete
- Property Is Not At 50% Occupancy
- Owner Occ
What lender will fund this loan?

Possibly the Chase ACE program. THat's what' I've used on an oddball 3 unit condo lately.
Probably only going to get 70% LTV. Rate will be Low 7's, I'd guess. |
