I have a full doc and stated option arm program (stated is only available in California and is pretty restrictive.)

Bob, what is the min FICO required for O/A with a very low LTV, i.e. 45%, and stated income/stated asset. O/O condo? L/A $180,000 (Appraisal $400,000). Self employed biz owner. Strictly SISA only.
Thanks,
Peter |
