Therefore, you can rest assured that the timeliness of every vendor document ordered and received will be of utmost importance and tracked thoroughly.
Every figure, date and detail of documents received will be proofread and scrutinized to the fullest degree before ever being sent to the Lender, minimizing costly mistakes that are made every year. The average Broker loses several loans and thousands of dollars in profit overall as a result of such mistakes.
