MORTGAGE PROCESSING SOLUTIONS

Who We Are
In operation since early 2007, our carefully selected, especially skilled processors bring to the table their extensive knowledge and many years experience working specifically for you, the Broker. Over the years, our processors have established and maintained close professional relationships with many of the appraisers, title and escrow companies, hazard insurance agencies and other vendors commonly used in the course of mortgage processing and underwriting.

We are geared toward providing speedy turn around of your loan, often being submitted to the Lender within 12 to 24 hours of initial receipt of the file. Therefore, you can rest assured that the timeliness of every vendor document ordered and received will be of utmost importance and tracked thoroughly.

Every figure, date and detail of documents received will be proofread and scrutinized to the fullest degree before ever being sent to the Lender, minimizing costly mistakes that are made every year. The average Broker looses several loans and thousands of dollars in profit overall as a result of such mistakes. Along with our attention to detail, our mission of keeping overhead costs low enables us to pass those savings on to you, further ensuring the most value per your dollar spent.

Pricing:
Conventional / SubPrime* - $200
Piggyback Second* - $50
StandAlone Second* - $125
FHA* - $250

*Overnight Submission included.

**Limited Time Offer: Receive $50 off your first THREE Conventional, SubPrime, or FHA loans processed and closed!**

Loan Doesn't Close? No problem! We do not charge for processing in the unlikely event your client does not proceed with the loan as scheduled.

ANOTHER PERK: Unlike the vast majority of contract processing companies out there, we will NEVER ask that you sign a contract pledging your 'loyalty' to us; NEVER. We believe in the honor system, and it's your choice as to with whom you do business, not ours. We are not about to hold you back or bind you to anything.

That's it - no strings attached.

So give us a try! If we do not meet or exceed your expectations, simply let us know how we can improve. Comments and suggestions are always welcome!

Um..... thanks for the advice as to where I need to place my ad, I guess. I didn't think that it was proper business etiquette (or just simply very courteous in nature or professional) to put down individuals on this forum. But thank you again for the advice.
