| I have a client in New York that has a 750 FICO, full doc file. Loan amount is 475,000 ,and it is a rate term refi. I need to know what is the max ltv they can expect to receive, even if we need to do a first and second mortgage where there was no commission on the second. Thank you. |

what is your situation??? Is it cashout, r/t or purchase? loan amount?
