I didnt check the FHA limits in the county before submitting. Max is $295,000 in Marion County. MI Companies wont do 90% Cashout...what do I do any helpful advice would be appreciated |

find a bank to do the 2nd, and then do the 1st FHA or conventional.
Compass is a good choice for the 2nd. Do you have a branch in your area? |
