| Been with Envision since February, no complaints. W2 and paid upon receipt of a title check and a full file. Lots of lenders. I don't recruit for them. They are a broker, not a net branch. Fill out the info request at www.envisionlending.com, it is a complete package of information with time frames, etc. |

I have been with them for a few months the first loan I closed, went fine and I got paid on it no problem.
They are signed up with every lender you can think of, and they get you the passwords to those lenders incredibly fast.
If you have any questions about them shoot me an email on my profile. |

| We process for quite a few Envision Loan Officers. We hear a lot of good things about them. Whenever we have been contacted or need something from their corporate office they've been very easy to work with. |

Email is the best way to get a hold of anyone. Look on your contact list that you got when you signed up for th email addresses for each dept.

| does anyone know a typical response time for hire information to be sent out. My company is shutting soon, and I have sent 2 requests through their website and have not received any information yet. |

| Email being the best means of communication is a flag to me, I would find that unacceptable and a serious lack of service... |

Not only that but you have a written response from the AE to use against them. |

| Their new policy says you must refer any loans in states that you do not hold a license in and expect to loose up to 50% of the revenue. |
