I'm looking for a lender other than Flagstar that can clear a loan to close in a day or two. Any suggestions? The ability to handle the doc ordering process is almost a must.

If you are signed up with TBW and have a good relationship with your AE they can normally push a full package through with-in a couple of hours.

Franklin American is great they have a five hour turn around to have docs out once you get the clear to close. FHA is 3 days from submission. First Horizon is one of my fav they are just awesome. TWB has not been one to push anything of mine thur. Good luck
