Is there anything out there for investors still?
I have 2 investors that want SIVA for purchase and C/O with no seasoning.....I did laugh, but I never say never!!! |

I can get NOO SIVA conventionally w/ a 700 Fico and conformig loan limits to 80%. 680 Fico to 75%. Above the conformig loan limit I have 80% SIVA with a 700 Fico up to 1 million and 75% up to 3 million.
