| I have a customer that I am trying to refinance Cash out. They had the house listed and no longer wish to sell. Are there any lenders out there that can do this with it recently taken off the listing? |

IF the deal is in California I would consider the deal at 9.99% Rate on a great program.

This sounds like a great deal. If you are okay with private money give me a call! All our programs are 7 year interest only with no prepayment penalty.

| Why don't you go FHA? They have no MLS listing rules. |
