Sorry guys, I know this has been posted many times, but I cant seem to get any info at all out of the search feature. I guess if your not a premium member you just get the shaft on searching.
I need to know who still has bank statement programs and how high of an LTV / minimum score requirements on the programs.
Thanks! |

Does anyone have any LTV / FICO info on these programs? Somebody here has to have done a few of these or atleast one recently who can say "________ does them with ___ months statements with a ____ score, up to ___% LTV".
Im not signed up with any of the lenders that have been suggested, but I can if they are available in AL. But instead of me chasing AE's and company info with lenders im not even signed up with all day I was hoping some folks could help me out that are already familiar with the guidelines? |
