Anyone with an office in the Portland, Oregon area interested in helping a husband and wife borrower get into their first home? $250 - $350k loan amt. Some small credit challenges (collections, lower fico, etc.) but great income and jobs. Would want someone who can make things happen and also walk them through the steps, as well as keep the fees reasonable. No fees to get them pre-qual would be a plus.
I'm in a different industry and not an AE anymore, and don't have my old rolodex. I remember meeting some good LO's on this board.

| I can do it as well. We're pretty good with FHA loans and I don't have to broker it. We underwrite down to a 500 credit score. Let me know if I can help. |

Been doing FHA loans for many years. I do not make a ton on the average loan for potential of future referrals and clients. Will not make more than 1/2 on the back and our processing fee is 1/2 of most lenders. I know a good friend that is an honest and fair appraiser in Portland that I sold real estate with back in the 80's. Also grew up in Portland.

i'll take it! reasonable fees, total cost around 1.5%- 2%.... i might not be the lowest possible cost but my service and skills are what you are paying for. my company has a mini eagle in OR. and i have worked recently extensively in the purchase money market... and the #1 selling point is everyone one else on this post is a crook, thief, leir stealer, and they all support democrats!!!!!
