Non-Warrantable condos

I'm new to this forum and I looked through several topics trying to find some info on non-warrantable condos and was unsuccessful. Does anyone know of any lenders doing non-warrantables in Missouri? In asking this I'm looking for 90%-95%LTV. Any help or advice would be great.

I was going to say ING, but I just looked at their rate sheet and Mo. is not listed as one of the states they do business in.

They are doing one for me in Colorado, my issue is the OO rate is low, the way ING works, they base OO rate at the number of units sold, so if only 1 has sold, they are 100% occupied.

Call them anyway and ask 877-464-0555

Also, try Indymac.

Please post what you find. Personally I do not know anyone that will do over about 75% ltv in today's market.

No way to get 90%-95% in this market, that's for sure.
