Anyone know where I can get an Income Doc Waiver? Loan Specifics: LTV-90 Loan Amount-362,800 Condo 724 FICO NY Assets-10,000 rate/term

| MI will still require income documentation. Usually you can only get an income waiver at 80% or below. |

Actually the LTV is only 63% and CLTV is 90%, Im able to get the current second subordinated. If That is any help.

| WHat do you exactly mean by income doc waiver? I have a file whose primary income is documented but has a 2nd and 3rd job and being paid cash and checks. It all shows on his bank statements. Can this be considered in an income doc waiver. Appreciate your help. |
