Hey there!
I've got a guy that needs to get out of a hard money loan with his investment property. Here are the details:
SIVA
CA property
Rate & Term
700+ FICO
70% LTV
Jumbo
We tried ICON, but they won't touch a NOO SIVA Jumbo right now.
Any suggestions?
