| We have a policy that dictates no pulling a property off market to refi. 12 months needs to lapse. Any lenders that will do this as a cash out refi. The guy has not had any nibble on his house so he wants cash out to do some work. Property is in NH. Thanks. |

| check with M&I Wholesale...they used to do this also and I haven't seen anything saying that it has changed. |

Is this a VA loan? HSBC will do it on any of their products, but they don't do VA and you have to do it a par pricing.

Which branch? I have done business will Wells for years and they do not allow a recently listed property to be refinanced, in fact i just had a scenario like that and asked them and they said it had to be off the market for 90 days. |
