| I need someone who can do low ltv. Down payment is from disability settlement. Income from one borrower is disability and the other is a bartender who receives a lot of money from tips and cash child support. Income is there, but not able to document. Anyone?? |

Need more info...scores? LTV? DTI? Prop. Type? Occupancy Type? Continuance? Loan Amount? This may actually be a little tricky. Get me this info and I'll let you know how to do them....Peace! |
