Orange County, CA (declining market?) SFR Full Doc 80% LTV Rate/Term 700 mid O/O 482,000 loan amount (605,000 value) Need full 80%....know anyone?

| That everyone reply was not very helpful. can you name a few? I keep getting limited to 75% LTV or need a 720 everywhere i try. |

your scenario fits Freddie Mac's conforming jumbo guidelines. Try Chase, rates are decent. |

| 75% ltv is normally for cash out refi on the conforming jumbo. I put into Provident's pricing engine and it prices out with that scenario (including Orange County, CA). You take a .5 hit for that ltv/fico but other than that no problems. |

We can do this program at 80% for sure. Just recently did a jumbo purchase up to 90%. Please give me a call so we can go over everything and get this submitted.
