| Will Hawaii allow you to do one loan without a license? Or do i need to find a licensed broker to go thru? |

| Hawaii is very strict on Licensing. You HAVE to be licensed there to do loans even if the lender is licensed there or in 50 states. They wont let you do even 1 loan without a license. I had my office until last March 08. Your only option if to be working for a Federal Chartered Bank which is not the case I assume. Flagstar may be licensed in all 50 states but underwriting will verify if you are licensed in Hawaii. |
