| Yep. Just the non warrantable condo is hard enough- most of them all imploded, or recently changed guidelines. Possible agency loan at a low LTV <70% with limited review? |

| CHLDIRECT was doing non-warrantable and SISA dont knoe if they will do them both together, or try Emigrant |
