We've been telemarketing off and on since 97' Staffs from 5-25 We made a big push to get larger (when the market was hot) by switching to VOIP We went with a software dialer, crude, aggressive, lacking statistics, but it helped us get aps--- but it was poor and not efficient when filtering out DNC #s etc.
After two long years of good telemarketing (usually 14-16 agents), we switched when we were pissing off people who threatened to report us, after that software dialer couldn't figure out the DNC stuff
We have switched to a hardware based system, supposedly with great reporting (which actually *****)
Anyone want to talk about what works, what ***** on their telemarketing? |
