I have a purchase loan. 90% LTV SFR Owner Occupied, 4,590,000.00 loan amount FULL DOCS. Low DTI. GEORGIA. Does anyone know a lender that can do this deal?

There is no lender that will do this as-is.

If the borrower has other properties they are willing to cross collateralize, we may have a loan for them.
