With Jumbo rates being somewhat out of whack from regular conforming, does anyone know of a portfolio lender who would be very competitive for a loan with the following?
Purchase
10% down
720+ Fico
750 loan amount
full doc

Try ICON they have an Agency Jumbo Fixed rate and 5/1 ARM that will go 90% LTV on a 700 FICO for O/O Purchase but it is for Conforming Jumbo so depending on the area it may work. |
