| All of the major FHA lenders have about 1 week UW turntimes right now - the best way to get your files closed quickly is submitting COMPLETE files that are well processed... |

I still contend that we're a great even mix of turn-time, underwriting flexibility and pricing. Trust One has been doing FHA loans for over 19yrs.

Provident has great turn times for WELL PROCESSED PACKAGES.
If your file isn't squeaky clean, you're going to get moved to the back of the line, indefinitely. |

| Some of your smaller lenders are at 2 days. Pricing may be poor. |

Good pricing and quick turn times is hard to find. I still use Taylor Bean, turn times are 2-3 weeks depending on score, but the pricing is good enough to wait.
If I have a purchase that needs a quick close, I go towards Gateway Mortgage, 48 hours turn times. |

How does 24 to 48 hours sound? Dti's up to 60.. manual underwrites down to 580 and with DU approval down to 550. Competitive pricing
Call or email to discuss. |

Senderra is within 24-48 for us Flagstar is within 48 for us + you can draw your own docs which can save you another 48 hours at closings Liberty is within 48 on purchases Franklin American is always within 72 hours for us Overland Mortgage (small op) is very quick under 48 Mortgage Network under 48 on approve/eligible
Depending on the loan parameters I would stay away from: Suntrust CW TBW

I am confused...
Are they 6 hours to review the conditions you send it, and then 48 hours once you submit the final conditions to UW?
