| 80ltv, stated/verified, 720fico, loan amount 480K..my normal banks arent offering much..can anyone help |

| Most lenders only offer up to 75% LTV for SIVA with conforming loan amounts - 80% jumbo will probably not happen - not sure about guidelines for confumbo loan amounts (if your borrower lives in a high cost metro area). Good luck - you are going to need it. |

The only JUMBO SIVA's im currently aware of are through CITI (asset-based stated program). They price pretty "steeply" and the reserve requirements are significant.
