What you do with the people that have no money but a totally doable modification situation?...I know I spend a lot of time and money getting people prepped for these companies and most get blown off...Knowing this whole modification thing is temporary, why aren't we helping everyone in lieu of the potential future business/referrals you're going to need when this trend ends?...Thank you in advance for you time...

Help people? Are you kidding? It is all about the money. I just learned that Loansafe is going to start charging brokers $1000 upfront for the priviledge of giving them business! What does this tell you about the direction this industry is taking?

Apparently this has become a get-rich-quick scheme for at least one "consumer advocate".

We need to keep the lights on until the referal business can come thru. We provide a service (being open) with loan mods, and to stay open and help the next guy I need to stay open. That said, I will do whatever I can to keep the initial payment down ($400-450) on the mod when needed, and figure out the rest of teh payment later.
