Looking for 1.9 Million or as much as possible. 2nd home was purchased for cash 2.7 million in November 2007. Says it is worth 3.4 million??? Assuming this is the case, wants cash out Full Doc loan for 60% or 1.9 million. Would take less but probably not less than 1.5 million. FULL DOC, FICO 720+, 2ND HOME, CASH OUT (NO LIENS CURRENTLY).

I have some private investors who would look at this deal but now way it went up 700K since November.

Humor me. If it did go up 700K or he actually purchased it under market, whatever... What would the rate and terms be for this deal? I have a quote from the other person who replied at 6.5% interest only for 5 year ARM but they want 2.5 points and that may not be an option. Can you help?
I have some private investors who would look at this deal but now way it went up 700K since November.
