Just wanted to get your opinion in regards of ring central. I work from home and get an over whelming incoming calls. It is becoming very difficult to keep track of phones calls. I have used answering service in the past but they can get very expensive.
Can you guys recommend any good service providers? Thanks everyone!

| I signed up for RingCentral about 5 weeks ago. So far I love it. I had a little trouble getting my own SIP phones to work because I was getting serious latency at the beginning, but I purchased their Linksys phone and it has worked great ever since. Email me if you want to talk more about it. |

| I've used ring central for an 800 number and as the "main" line for my company, it works out well and for the price everyone has their one separate extension and it just makes us look bigger. |

Hello, dont know if this will help, but my other company is an IT, Telephony, Web company. We set up PBX solutions as well as many other VoIP related solutions. I am happy to speak with anyone regarding their systems if needed. I have the tek to maintain all call logs, records, note and much more. Feel free to give me a call if you would like. Can you do it for 25 bucks a month, no installation fees, and include toll-free numbers for both voice and fax?

I see that 25 bucks per months is for a minimal amount of mins. I can do it for less and better. I also offer better solutions that can keep cost down long term. Anyway, if you have questions you can call me directly since this is not something that I just threw out as a suggestion for the original post. Thanks. vc

Ringcentral is good. The only way you will do better is if you setup your own phone system and that will have some upfront costs of a few hundred dollars and it only makes sense if there are large number of users.
RingCentral is great for the small business. |
