Looking for a Hard Money Lender for a SFR Jumbo Loan $800,000. Borrowers currently in a 5yr Adj looking to get A 30yr FIXED.
Please let me know if you can or know a lender that can do with a reasonable rate.

Gloria,welcome to Outpost.
Hard money lenders do not offer 30 yr fixed. The max. you may get is 3-5 yrs.If you want somebody to respond to you please include State, Fico score, LTV. Just so you know that hard money lenders do not offer "reasonable rates" |

We do hard money up to $20M - length of the loan is not that important since most borrowers paying hard money rates obviously do not want these type loans for too long a period - that is why an exit strategy is critical.
