I have 2 scenarios that I need to find a home for.

Here is the 1st. Purchase , Condo in las Vegas. It's 80% LTV, VOE only, mid fico score is 689. I need to go Voe only or even Stated.

2nd scenario
Purchase, 85%, Las Vegas, VOE only, fico score is 705, SFR.

Please if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
I'm not to familiar with Vegas so any info would help :)
