Here’s the scenario: 694 FICO, self - employed, stated income, 6 mos. of reserves, owner occupied, cash-out refi (approx: $140,000 cash in hand), 70% LTV (65% will work if that is the max), $600,000 loan amount.


Can anyone do something here because of the strong equity position?
