Help!

I work for a lender whos 2nd mortgage investor just changed at last minute for my purchase that is to close Aug 18th! Does anyone know who I can sign up ASAP who does 2nds for purchase to 90% for a 2 unit owner occupied? This can be either fixed or adjust, or anyone who can close the 2nd simultaneous to my first. It is a large loan that I am trying to get away from them paying jumbo pricing. I need this ASAP and I have everything!
