Hello,
My scenario is as follows, any help would be greatly appreciated:
N.Y. Lot Loan-Suffolk County
Refinance/Cash Out
Stated/Self Employed
4.5 Acres
All Zoned Residential
Owns Property for past 10-15 years
No Mortgage on Property currently (owns free/clear)
Taxes are $5,000.00 annually
Valued @ approx. $1.5mil - $1.8mil.
Looking to take out loan of $1mil-$1.1mil
Wants some kind of Fixed Loan maybe even I/O

| Will this land be developed, or do your clients just want a cash out on the land. What are the intended use for the land? Please let us know, we may be interested in helping you. |

| He just wants the cash out for a business venture. he has assets totalling about 25k and it is all zoned correctly at R-1. No electrical or anything like that yet. Owns free and clear. i really need a lender for this with a decent rate! can you help, if so you can reply back to this or call my cell @ 201-403-6587 |
