Need someone to do a VOD becuase going through the regular chanels at BOA will take up to 3 days. We can't wait 3 days for a VOD. Borrowers need to close ASAP.

Thanks.

Go online and have them print a statement from there.

That is the problem. Online statement prints do not show the borrowers name with BOA for privacy reasons. There is no local branch where she lives.

BofA won't let you go into the branch and get one. It is one of the many ways they can charge people money because they have a 900 number to get the VOD and it does take a few days. Unless you have a manager friend there they won't do it for you.

As far as the statements go, you can print off a PDF copy of your actual bank statement that comes in the mail from the website. You have to look for it, it is not a very friendly website, but you can find them.

Jason Parker, Rich Trefflich is correct... there is a way to print the exact statement in .pdf form from the BofA website.

I ended up ordering it from www.bankvod.com. Anyone use this service? How long does it usually take?

I've used bankvod.com and it works fine......as long as the customer hasn't pulled their money out, like my Idiot customer did a few months back.

I've used it multiple times before and after that with good results.

It really isn't hard to go to www.bankofameirca.com, login, and print your last 12 ACTUAL monthly statements.

This is not true. I have Bank of America. And I just did a VOD. The teller was more than happy to print one for me, and stamp it with her little stamp.

Maybe it's different from region to region. But I've never had that problem here.
