They are doing loan mods for 299 a month???? I had a call from a mailer and she begged me to help refi or she was going to sign up with this company to try and save her home. I thought 299 was very cheap, then I googled them and only came up with a recent rip off report. Anyone have any info on them?

Anyone have info on this company for loan mods? The borrower is broke and will have to split the 1st months $299 on 3 credit cards. I am just trying to help her out and see if its a waste.
