We are a southern califronia mortgage brokerage going through our submission process with FHA. Should be fully FHA licensed by October 15, 2008 and wanted to get some feedback. Want to get a head count to see how many loan officers in southern california are looking for a change in their current FHA broker relationship and would like to discuss the option of moving their license to a firm that is still a good size to assist production numbers but experienced enough to actually help you close your deals.
